Today is World Pasta Day so we are celebrating with a brand-new recipe from Chef Dez. This recipe has been Chef Dez’s personal favourite for years but has never been published before… until now. Don’t get scared off by the mention of the word “spicy” if you are sensitive to heat as you can completely adjust this recipe to your liking. The heat in this dish comes from 4 different sourced ingredients (to make it complex) and you can control every one of them to satisfy your preferences. Also made with tomatoes, red wine, a little bit of cream, and topped with parmesan cheese. Pasta is one of Chef Dez’s favourite dishes to make and this class will not disappoint!
