Sponsored by BC Egg: Today is “National Pancake Day” so it is the perfect time to celebrate with Chef Dez and these 2 unique oven baked pancake recipes! The Savannah Baked Peach Pancake is an inspiration of when Chef Dez and his wife Katherine went to Savannah, Georgia back in 2014. This incredible pancake was included in the breakfast buffet at the Hyatt Regency Savannah, and Mrs. Dez has recreated it, but even better! The second recipe we will do is a Finnish recipe for a sheet pan pancake that gets rolled up and served whole or sliced into ribbons, with your choice of toppings.
