Chef Dez will be demoing both Crème Brûlée and Crème Caramel, and you can do both as well, or choose just to do one or the other. Crème Brûlée is a ramekin baked custard where sugar is torched on the top, and Crème Caramel is inverted to let an intense caramel cascade over the plated custard. Also, there is one major step to success, that is completely opposite for each of these desserts that you NEED to know for success every time – and Chef Dez will teach you that.
