    Wednesday May 9/18, 6:30pm – Cooking Workshop: Greek Dolmades – at Cobblestone Kitchenware in Abbotsford, BC
    Come spend a casual evening in a cooking workshop with Chef Dez. Less formal than a full cooking class and more “hands on” as we show you how to make Greek Dolmades, or better known as Stuffed Grape Vine Leaves. Although cooked in chicken stock, these meatless version of Dolmades are very balanced with complex layers of flavours. As a bonus you will also learn how to make Greek Hummus and we’ll serve it with fresh pita bread. Dez is well known for his Greek food and this class won’t disappoint!

Tonight we will focus not only on how to store, roast and peel garlic most efficiently; Chef Dez will also take you on a culinary journey through four recipes focusing on this amazing ingredient. On the menu will be Honey Garlic Meatballs, Roasted Garlic Mediterranean Bruscetta, Cajun Flank Steak drenched with garlic butter, and the best Garlic & Cheese Italian Polenta you will ever have.
